Obviously this photo does not show Ul'janovsk III but Ul'janovsk-Central'nyj: please compare the size of both stations in the Google satellite image and compare locations with maps of the U. area. Ul'janovsk III is only a small station, thus I cannot believe that this is taken in U. III! Undoubtly U.-Central'nyj is the largest station of the city and the typical structure of a hump yard can be recognized in the Google satellite image. Thus I recommend to correct the location. На самом деле этот поезд выезжает со станции Ульяновск-Сортировочной по казанскому направлению и направляется на станцию Ульяновск III (Сельдь). Ульяновск-Центральный нахдится сразу за Ульяновск-Сортировочная
