Not quite true. There are few international trains that go between
Ukraine and Moldova through Razdelnaya and Kuchurgan: #280
Adler-Chishineu, #93 Kyiv-Chishineu, #102 Minsk-Varna, #47 and #115 (*)
Moscow-Chishineu, #61 (*) St.Petersburg-Chishineu, #52 Saratov-Sophia,
#133 (*) Moscow-Ungeni. Some of them (*) are daily. I could not
imagine the passengers are discharged in Razdelnaya, take a bus to
Kuchurgan, and board the same train again :-)
